The Games
All games on Bombyhead Games are free to play in your web browser. No download or account is required to play. Some games offer optional paid items and features — these are entirely voluntary and do not affect your ability to enjoy the core game.
Accounts & Leaderboards
Some games offer optional leaderboard registration. When you create a player name:
- You are responsible for the name you choose — keep it appropriate
- We reserve the right to remove or rename accounts with offensive or inappropriate names
- Your scores and game data may be visible to other players on public leaderboards
- We are not responsible for lost progress due to cleared browser data or technical issues
Purchases & Tips
Optional purchases (shop items, tips, subscriptions) are processed through Stripe. All purchases are:
- Voluntary — the games are fully playable without spending money
- Non-refundable, as they provide immediate digital content
- Honor-based — there is no server-side verification of purchases
Subscriptions (Coffee Club) can be cancelled at any time through Stripe's customer portal.
Acceptable Use
When using our site and games, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the games or leaderboard system
- Submit false or manipulated scores to leaderboards
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the games
- Harass other players or submit abusive content through any feature
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
Intellectual Property
All games, artwork, code, music, and content on this site are the property of Bombyhead Games unless otherwise noted. You may play the games freely but may not copy, distribute, or modify them without permission.
Advertising
Our games display ads through Google AdSense. By using the site, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed during gameplay, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads at natural break points.
Availability & Changes
We strive to keep all games available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Update, modify, or remove games at any time
- Change game features, balance, or mechanics
- Reset leaderboards if necessary
- Modify these terms at any time without prior notice
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make great games, but we cannot guarantee that everything will work perfectly on every device and browser at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Bombyhead Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
